On July 1, 2026, CARTA is hosting two public feedback sessions at the downtown library for proposed route changes for the August Schedule.
The proposed changes affect:
- Route 10’s (East Chattanooga)
- Consolidate service into single route
- Expand CARTA GO zone to accommodate adjustments
- Route 13 (Rossville Boulevard)
- Route realignment
- Route 14 (Mocs Express, UTC)
- Route realignment and frequency adjustment
- Downtown/Northshore Express Shuttle
- Consolidate service into single route
