On Monday, January 19, 2026, in observance of MLK Day, CARTA Fixed Route and Downtown shuttle will be operating on a Saturday Schedule.
No Mocs Express.
For the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Parade, CARTA will have some detours from 11:00 am until 3:00 pm.
Outbound Route #4 and Buses traveling to the garage:
- From Houston Street
- Right on 10th Street
- Left on Magnolia Street
- Right on MLK to Regular Route
Buses leaving from the garage with first time point at 12th/Market Street:
- Continue on 3rd Street pass Lindsay Street
- Left on Broad Street
- Left on 12th Street
- Left on Market Street to Regular route
All buses will return to the regular routes after the parade.
